We envision a community where women and girls are spiritually grounded, emotionally
resilient, and empowered to live with strength, dignity, and purpose.
As women heal and grow, families are strengthened and future generations are
impacted.
Faith-Based Equine Assisted Learning (FBEAL) combines guided interactions with horses,
reflective discussion, and biblical principles to support emotional growth, spiritual
renewal, and practical life skills.
Horses naturally respond to human emotion and behavior, helping participants
recognize patterns in communication, trust, boundaries, and relationships.
Through this process, women and girls gain tools for emotional regulation, confidence,
connection, and healthier relationships.
We would love to serve you

Everything we do begins with our personal relationship with Jesus. We believe that abundant living must flow from a heart that is surrendered to God and guided by His truth. We strive to cultivate spiritual integrity, prayer, and obedience to God’s Word, remembering that transformation begins within.
"Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it." — Proverbs 4:23

We believe that ministry begins at home. Our commitment to serving others must never come at the expense of caring for our families and those closest to us. Healthy families create the foundation for healthy communities, and we honor our responsibility to nurture and provide for those entrusted to our care.

We believe that ministry begins at home. Our commitment to serving others must never come at the expense of caring for our families and those closest to us. Healthy families create the foundation for healthy communities, and we honor our responsibility to nurture and provide for those entrusted to our care.
"Anyone who does not provide for their relatives, and especially for their own household, has denied the faith." — 1 Timothy 5:8

When our hearts are aligned with God and our homes are cared for, we are equipped to serve others with compassion and purpose. We believe every person is created by God with dignity and value, and we are called to use our gifts to help others grow, heal, and discover the purpose God has prepared for them.
"For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works." — Ephesians 2:10

Reanna is the founder of Diamonds & Rubies Ranch, a faith-based nonprofit created to serve women and girls through equine-assisted learning and mentorship. With a deep calling to help women heal, grow, and step into their God-given purpose, Reanna established the ranch as a peaceful, Christ-centered environment where transformation can begin.
Reanna, having earned a Bachelors degree in Community Health Education, worked in the field of public health for over 10 years. Working in the field of community health she realized so much was missing when it came to addressing the spiritual needs of people even though it is recognized as one of the 8 dimensions of wellness. She then decided to obtain a Masters degree in Biblical Addiction Counseling along with becoming a Certified Biblical Counselor and Professional Life Coach.
Through years of hands-on experience working with horses
and mentoring women, Reanna has witnessed the powerful connection between experiential learning and spiritual growth. Horses, with their sensitivity and honesty, provide a unique opportunity for participants to develop self-awareness, confidence, emotional regulation, and trust—skills that translate directly into healthier relationships and stronger leadership.
At Diamonds & Rubies Ranch, Reanna integrates biblical principles with observed horse behavior and experiential learning to create programs that encourage personal responsibility, resilience, and identity rooted in faith. Her approach is relational, compassionate, and purpose-driven, meeting each woman where she is while encouraging growth from the inside out.
Reanna’s heart is to see women and girls recognize their precious value, embrace healing, and move forward with confidence—knowing they are seen, loved, and equipped for the lives God has called them to lead.
