By participating in guided faith-based learning and equine-assisted activities, participants explore vital topics such as confidence, boundaries, communication, identity, emotional regulation, and healthy relationships. Each session may include reflective discussion, scripture-based encouragement, and meaningful ground-based interactions with horses, all designed to empower women and foster personal growth.
